We first met Arlene and Scott back in 2014, and immediately fell in love with their fun-loving personalities. So we were thrilled when they contacted us again for more Maui Couples Portraits! They returned to the island to celebrate their seven-year anniversary, congratulations you two, and these portraits are their gift to themselves. We think this is a great idea! Arlene had seen photos on our website from a session we did with colorful surfboards in the background. She loved how striking and memorable they were, and especially loved the idea of having some variety since they already got photos at the beach last time. We absolutely love how these images turned out! She was right, these surfboards sure are colorful and create a great background for Maui Couples Portraits.
We are big fans of how they chose to switch their pallet to red instead of blue like last time, click the link to view their previous session with us. Arlene’s dress is so fun, we love the style and print so much, it’s perfect for a celebratory night out in Paia! Before the evening wound to a close, we relocated to Baldwin Beach for some romantic photos in the beautiful scenery. These trees are some of our favorite on the island! We also took some updated beach photos just as the sun was setting, check out that shot we got of them embracing with the moon shining above! It was the perfect ending to a perfect day.
