Last week, we met up with the Cash’s for their Oahu family portraits. The sky was clear, the sun was bright, and this bunch had charming smiles on their faces! Continue scrolling to see these marvelous photos for yourself.

The Cash family consists of five beautiful people! But this session wasn’t our first time meeting this lovely bunch. In 2014, we captured their Maui beach photos when they visited Hawaii to celebrate their nine-year-old daughter’s birthday. It was great to catch up with this delightful bunch again and see how much their family has grown!

The Picturesque Oahu Family Portraits

Setting the scene for this session was Wai’alae Beach Park in Honolulu. We like this location because of the variety of landscapes. Soaring palm trees, beige sand, and a cerulean ocean are a few of our favorites! Although this East Oahu spot can be pretty busy, we found many secluded but still breathtaking backdrops! 

There are so many reasons why we adore these Oahu family portraits! Not only is the weather absolutely stunning, but everyone has cheerful expressions on their faces. You can tell they’re having a great time in Hawaii with one another! We like how everyone is wearing stylish but beachy attire — ideal for the session. The soft tones in their clothes balance gracefully with the organic palette surrounding them.

It was so much fun to capture these lighthearted moments! This radiant family arrived at the sandy shore ready to show off their photogenic expressions and enjoy the sunset. No one was afraid to get their feet wet or sit on the dramatic rocks around the shore! Most importantly, this happy bunch has plenty of pictures reminding them of their time in paradise.
