Last week, we had a significant role in Erika and Jory’s special day: capturing their Maui wedding photography! After getting engaged on another island, this happy couple wanted to have another adventure on a new island. Continue scrolling to see this couple’s picturesque ceremony!

Jory and their eighteen guests arrived at the venue first. After everyone settled in, Erika walked down the aisle with her cousin, Joey, by her side. Our favorite moment was seeing our gorgeous couple meet eyes. It was as if they were seeing one another for the first time all over again!

The Maui Wedding Photography

Held on the Gannon’s grassy knoll, Simple Maui Wedding planned a flawless day for our lovely couple! You can see the fairytale greenery surrounding the ceremony while a vibrant sunset paints the sky. The ocean views from between the trees make this occasion feel so dreamy! Above all, we love how enchanting this portrait is! Our newlyweds are radiating happiness, and the floating flower petals add a touch of lightheartedness to the shot.

Our beautiful bride’s Rustic Hawaiian Bouquet was such a brilliant choice. The delicate arrangement pairs elegantly with her soft ivory dress and white flowers decorating her hair! We love how the shades of pink and plum balance with the blues in our handsome groom’s suit.

Our Couple’s Story

Jory met Erika when his friend brought their roommate to hang out — coincidentally, this roommate was Erika! After this evening, they continued talking until things blossomed into a relationship. From there, the rest was history! Our charming couple went on vacation to Oahu with Jory’s sister and his brother-in-law. During this trip, Jory made a plan to propose to Erika at sunset at Ala Moana Park in Honolulu.

After Erika said yes, she was smiling and full of joy for the rest of their stay on the island. Erika and Jory fell in love with the beauty of Oahu, so it only made sense they tie the knot in Hawaii. Most importantly, we’re excited to see how they share their Maui wedding photography with their loved ones!

Currently, Erika is a private banker, while Jory is a relationship manager. They don’t have any children but plan to have some in the future! You can find our adventurous couple traveling, going to concerts, eating food, or just enjoying the outdoors.
