The Hempels are a lovely family of four visiting Oahu from Maui! Clarissa, her husband, Roni, and their three children decided to island-hop to celebrate this beautiful couple’s anniversary. Clarissa is an incredible photographer on the Karma Hill Photography Team! She was looking forward to finally having herself in a portrait.
What We Love About Their Oahu Family Portraits
When the Hempels arrived at the sandy shoreline — they were already smiling! This delightful family was energetic, playful, and cheerful throughout their morning session. Besides their enthusiastic attitudes, the Hempels dressed great for these pictures! Their outfits are beachy, comfortable, and airy — the perfect island attire. However, our favorite thing about these portraits is how lighthearted they are! The Hempels enjoyed their time making memories under the Oahu sun while we captured every moment.
Wai’alae Beach Park created a stunning backdrop for these Oahu family portraits! The plethora of lofty palm trees, lush greenery, and azure waves decorated the scene exquisitely. Then the morning sun was vibrant because there was little cloud coverage! In every shot, you can see the natural lighting effortlessly enhancing the brilliance.
