June and Derek’s Maui venue wedding photography was a beautiful event to capture! This ceremony was an intimate sunset affair held on the lush lawn of Gannon’s. Sweeping ocean views, golden lighting, and melodic harp music created an incomparable ambiance for this occasion. Then our delightful duo was radiant with joy as they exchanged vows, leis, and rings! Our Couple’s Story

June and Derek’s story began when they met in 2017 in a friend group. At the time, June had first moved to Michigan! However, it didn’t take long for them to know they’d found the one. June and Derek have been inseparable since they first encountered one another!

Before June’s time in Michigan came to a close, she and Derek took a road trip upstate. During this getaway, they went on a romantic, Enchanted Trail where fairy lights glowed on the snow-covered ground. As they danced to Disney songs and explored this pathway, Derek found the perfect moment to propose!

Our charming pair has family and friends all over the United States and Korea. June and Derek wanted to choose a destination where they could invite their loved ones and have fun together. They explored their options and researched different wedding spots in the world. However, when they came across Maui — it instantly stole their hearts! This tropical getaway was June and Derek’s first time in Hawaii. We know this island will forever have a special place in their hearts!

Currently, Derek is an Application Engineer in Columbus, Ohia, while June is a Data Engineer in Atlanta, Georgia. Since our passionate pair is doing long distance, they make the most out of their time when together! You can find them taking road trips, lounging with their cat, Bori, or cooking together!
