The Kirkpatricks hadn’t taken group pictures since their son was seven days old! Since they were coming to Hawaii, they knew it was the perfect time to take family portraits in Oahu. Our charming bunch is taking more trips together as their son gets older. Above all, they realized how important it is to document as many moments as possible. The Kirkpatricks are a delightful family of three visiting the island from Liberty Lake, Washington. In 2015, Amanda and her husband vacationed in Hawaii for their honeymoon. However, this journey is significant because it’s Amanda and her husband’s first time in Oahu with their son. In addition, this also was their son’s first vacation! We made sure to capture every meaningful moment — especially since this experience was full of unforgettable adventures!
The Remarkable Family Portraits in Oahu
Amanda and her husband met one another in college. At the time, she was studying to be a school counselor, while her husband wanted to be a mental health counselor. Although these beautiful parents came from very different backgrounds, it didn’t stop them from falling in love! Currently, Amanda has been a therapist for almost ten years. Then, her husband is a supervisor of a school-based mental health team!
The Kirkpatrick parents also have a spunky four-year-old son! Since they told him about this trip, this little one told everyone how excited he was to go on an airplane and visit Hawaii! Plus, this precious family loves the warmth and sun. They’re relishing their time in the island’s tropical weather in every Oahu family portrait!
