The Lewis family consists of three delightful people! Shelley, her husband, John, and their son, Isaac, explored Kauai for the first time. However, they’ve been to Hawaii before, so they knew they’d have a great time on a different island! Originally, the Lewis bunch was supposed to go on this trip in 2020 to celebrate Isaac’s 13th birthday! Unfortunately, COVID prevented those plans. Now, they’re finally taking this tropical getaway! Although Isaac won’t be turning fifteen until June, they’re still commemorating the occasion early!
Why We Love Their Kauai Family Portraits
It’s been almost nine years since the Lewis’ took pictures together. Thankfully, Isaac suggested they take portraits in Hawaii because their photos are gorgeous! During this session, our joyful trio was lively and carefree. Their blissful energy made every shot come out lighthearted and playful! Then, they weren’t afraid to sit in the trees, put their feet in the water, or walk along the shore. Above all, we know these fun images will be a great addition to their tropical getaway album!
Kealia Beach Park was the location for this Kauai family portraits session. This spot is full of naturally dramatic landscapes — the lush greenery and epic rock formations are epic backgrounds! Since this spot is on the east side, the sunset was breathtaking. Lastly, the heavy cloud coverage was a dreamy shade of blue, and the organic hues at this destination were soft!
