Though things didn’t go according to plan, Megan and Francois ended up overjoyed with their special day in the end. As their Maui Wedding Photographer, we are so glad the darling duo got the incredible moment they were after. Having originally planned on a church wedding on St. Martin, the plan had to change after a hurricane rendered that option obsolete when the church was destroyed. Going back to the drawing board, they both stumbled upon Maui as an option and fell head over heels for their alternate plan. Pleased in the end, our dashing groom even mentioned before the ceremony how much this location reminded him of St. Martin.
We were so glad everything worked out for a fabulous new friends and even happier that they were blessed by loved ones that gathered for this special day. Included in that bunch was Megan and Francois’ beaming boy, Remy. Darling at three years old, he was an absolute riot and couldn’t have been more excited to be a part of his parent’s big day. We loved that this family got their dream wedding after all. It couldn’t have worked out for a nicer group. Thank you, Megan and Francois, for allowing our team to capture this moment of magic for you. We wish you a lifetime of happiness together and we can’t wait to welcome you back on an anniversary trip in the future! Congratulations and Warm Aloha!!!
