There’s nothing quite like a family vacation to celebrate a special occasion and create lasting memories. The Murry’s family trip to Kauai was all about celebrating love and life (and a 40th birthday!) before their son starts kindergarten this summer! And what better way to capture this special moment than with a Kauai family portrait session on the beach? They had the best morning together, as seen in these sweet photos below!

Beach Blues & Sunshine

This was the first time our sweet family had ever had a photo shoot on the beach, so they were understandably excited! They arrived at Waipouli Beach on a bright blue sunny morning, ready to soak up some sun and have some fun in front of the camera.

One thing that stood out was how well-coordinated they dressed! The cheerful stripes and shades of blue perfectly matched the beachy tones of the tropical setting.

But more than that, it’s clear from these photos just how happy, and in love this family is! Everyone was in the best of moods, making the most darling and candid portraits with their little boy. (He clearly isn’t camera-shy!) There’s something truly special about spending time together on a beautiful tropical island, and it shows in every photograph…

Times To Treasure

Beyond capturing beautiful memories of this special time together as a family, these portraits will also serve as a reminder of how much love and joy there is in their lives! Whether they’re celebrating birthdays or milestones or just enjoying each other’s company on a beautiful day at the beach, the Murrys know how to make every moment count.
