Not only was our charming bunch excited to be vacationing in their favorite destination. They were also looking forward to celebrating three college graduations! The Sugdens are a delightful family of nine visiting Kauai for the fourth time! This trip was significant because Camie and Steve’s kids, who are also Ron and Connie’s grandchildren, are getting older. Two out of three are now married, so they were excited to share this destination with their spouses! Then they had to commemorate three college graduations as well. We can only imagine how many remarkable moments they had during this vacation. Above all, we hope these portraits remind them of every great experience!
Why They Took Family Portraits in Kauai
It’s no surprise the Sugdens wanted to take photos during their vacation; this island is one of their favorite spots! Before this session, they told us all they wanted was some great pictures with Kauai’s natural beauty in the background. Then they wanted a variety of group combinations, couple shots, and individual portraits too. Thankfully, their photographer, Julia, did this effortlessly! In every picture, you can see the sheer charm of Anini Beach and our lovely bunch.
If you couldn’t tell from their energetic and lighthearted family portraits in Kauai — the Sugdens are an adventurous bunch! They were looking forward to spending their days in Hawaii on the beach, snorkeling, and doing thrilling excursions. During their session, they were just as venturesome! They got their feet wet, stood on the rocky formations, and sat in the sand. Most importantly, we adore these pictures because they reflect the exhilarating experiences the Sugdens had during their getaway!
