We had our wedding photography shot by Karma Hill Photography and I could not recommend them more. We live in Canada, and we decided to plan our small wedding ourselves which was a little nerve wracking. Brooke from Karma Hill was amazing to deal with. She always replied promptly to every email to every question asked. She checked in with me the day before our flight for Maui, which was much appreciated!
The wedding was shot at a public beach and our photographer expertly told us where to go and instructed us on poses. We are both naturally very awkward with photography and appreciated her directions. I am so amazed and have had comments from friends and family regarding how beautiful our photos are. She made it seem that we were the only two people on the beach, which was untrue as there were lots of families on the beach that day! Thank you Karma Hill Photography for your professionalism, kindness, and amazing talent.

"we're so happy with our choice!"
I just can’t express what a wonderful experience my family had with Karma Hill Photography. Everything from booking our shoot to meeting up with our photographer to the amazing family portraits they captured for us. We had a group of 9 people to photograph while on Maui and weren’t sure what location would be best. Brooke gave us so much information and links to various locations with examples of previous shoots at each to help us decide. And we’re so happy with our choice!
I received detailed instructions for meeting up with our photographer and everything was so seamless. After a preview of our session was posted on the blog I was astonished! I don’t know how they did it but she managed to capture a variety of incredible shots of a large group which included 2 children (1 of which wasn’t all that cooperative). I highly recommend Karma Hill Photography for capturing your special moments while on Maui.

"the results are magazine worthy photos"
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!! Our elopement wedding photos are amazing. Karma is so easy to work with and the results are magazine worthy photos. All of our friends and family are stunned with the photos and say that they look straight out of a movie or bridal magazine ad. When I saw Karma Hill Photography online, I knew this is what we wanted. Within a week she had an adorable blog post about us with a select few photos. That was so special to us!! We were able to share that with our family and friends since we had eloped. It was perfect. I highly recommend and would use Karma Hill Photography again in a heartbeat.

I cannot rave enough about Karma Hill!!! From the very beginning when we booked our session - they answered every question I had and were so accommodating as to what we wanted our location to be. Having not been to Maui for 14 years, they sent hair/makeup service recommendations (and the one I used was fabulous).
We met our photographer at the beach, she was early and we chatted about what type of shoot/pictures we were wanting to do. She was amazing to work with and kept my kids engaged for the entire hour. She knew the landscape of the area and how to time the shots and use the light to her advantage.
We just received our sneak peek photos and we are in love with them! They are everything we had hoped for and so much more!! We cannot wait to view the entire gallery. Thank you, Karma Hill for capturing our special memories ❤️
