It’s clear that Saleena and Todd are head over heels for each other, and we were thrilled to snap their Maui Wedding Photography! Set on the elegant lawn of the Steeple House in Kapalua, the backdrop to the couple’s Big Day was the sweeping view of the Pacific Ocean. With a clear afternoon sky, blooms of blushing roses, and friends and family watching on, this was a wedding that brought all the feels and then some! 

The Location

The Steeple House is truly one of Maui’s hidden gems. Located near the Ritz Carlton in the tropical town of Kapalua, this historical venue features polished wooden accents, rustic décor, a manicured lawn, and expansive ocean views. Perfect for the traditional or trendsetting couple, stone details and unique architectural design add to the universal appeal of this venue. 

The Bride’s Maui Wedding Photography

It’s true that a photo says a thousand words, but in this case, those words would simply be “Wow” written over and over and over again. At least, that was the word repeating through our heads as we clicked away as Saleena put the finishing touches on her bridal look. 

Wearing a strapless princess-cut gown with lace applique and a button-down back, all topped with a crystal tiara, Saleena was a goddess walking–and laughing–because this bride really knew how to enjoy her day!

The Couple’s Story

Saleena says their love story was pretty straightforward. And that’s exactly how her mother walked as she strutted straightforward towards Todd before asking him if he was single. After exchanging numbers, Saleena and Todd were inseparable. When a mom knows, she knows!

After just 6 months, Todd knew the time was right, and he made the perfect proposal. He used the most surefire route to a girl’s heart–her dog. Todd tied the ring to Saleena’s French Bulldog and had little Gunnar break the surprise. I guess you could say he “paw-pped” the question. Can anything be cutter than that?
