After months of wedding planning and nearly 12.5 years of dating, our sweet couple Stefanie and Robin were more than ready to elope to Maui! “It Just Felt Right” – Maui Wedding Photography

Our lovely couple, Stefanie and Robin, hail from Germany and wanted to celebrate their love in a way that felt true to them. They searched for standard venues and caterers in Germany, but nothing felt quite right. That’s when they had a lightbulb moment: why not elope to a beautiful island or beach where they could celebrate their love on their own terms?

Once they set their sights on Maui, they fell in love with the idea of a simple, Hawaiian, and fun celebration. Planning their elopement was a joy for them both as they dreamed up the perfect intimate ceremony. (As it should be!)

On their wedding day, everything came together perfectly at Po’olenalena Beach sun shone down on the happy couple as they exchanged vows against the stunning backdrop of the ocean. Even though it was just the two of them, it felt equally special and significant…

As photographers, we were thrilled to be able to capture this special moment for Stefanie and Robin. They looked absolutely radiant, and so in love it’s hard to believe they’ve been together for 12.5 years!
