We were honored to capture Teresa & Jade’s wedding photography in Maui! This beautiful couple chose a morning ceremony at Ironwoods Beach. It’s a lovely location any time of day, but our early start allowed us to enjoy a quieter atmosphere and beautiful pastel skies.
With Reverend Joe Miles officiating a Hawaiian-style ceremony, and a small group of guests supporting them, Teresa & Jade vowed to love and cherish each other for the rest of their lives. It was an easy vow to make, as they’ve known each other for almost 15 years. They had the ease and comfort of a couple who has known each other a long time, but also a giddiness that comes from being totally in love.

Beauty in Simplicity
Teresa & Jade opted for a simple beach ceremony, but it was still incredibly special and memorable. They included a traditional bridal entrance right on the beach and were sure to get some pictures in with their guests who traveled so far to join them.
And Teresa didn’t need a big bouquet to have a complete bridal look. Instead, she opted for a fresh floral lei and orchids in her hair. We love her look! And Jade didn’t miss out on the tropical style either. He wore a fresh ti-leaf lei. It looks great with his laid-back groom style! When you have wedding photography in Maui, simplicity like this is usually better!
We’re so glad we could get lots of portraits of the two newlyweds. Once the pre-ceremony jitters were lifted, these two were ready to enjoy a fun morning on the beach!
