Alyssa and Michael were beaming with joy as the bride made her entrance at their Maui Destination Wedding! As we kept an eye on the clouds above we weren’t sure if we would get rained out or not, turns out there was no need to worry and it all ended up working out perfectly! It did sprinkle a little throughout their ceremony, but everyone managed to stay pretty dry that is until it came time for portraits. This groom and his groomsmen were more than happy to take advantage of already being a little wet and have some fun by splashing in the water. We love this so much and are positive this is an experience none of them will ever forget! We were thrilled when Alyssa decided to join in on the fun without giving a second thought to getting her wedding gown in the ocean. These photos turned out so cute. There is nothing we love more than seeing our couples take in the magic of their special day without a care in the world except for each other!
While rain on your wedding day isn’t ideal, this couple embraced the storm and were lucky enough to witness one of the most magical Maui sunsets we’ve seen! There’s something truly special about how an island storm brings out the color in the sky, we couldn’t have hoped for a more romantic end to this Maui Destination wedding as these newlyweds gazed off into the horizon with excitement for the future ahead.
