When you’ve got three generations in front of your lens, it’s hard not to have a great time as you capture Maui family portraits! We were thrilled to meet up with the Brewer/Kellenberger Ohana to celebrate two milestone anniversaries and the birthday of their sweet little one! 

The Maui Family Portraits

Southside Beach was decked out with perfect photo spots for our session. We love unique elements that capture that rustic side of Hawaii, so we began the session against the rock wall with tropical greenery. The result was a classic touch of spring, with the Maui family portraits embellished with the yellow confetti of a shower tree. 

We love how confident and glowing each member of the family was! Mom and Dad have been together for ten years and the grandparents have been married for forty! No wonder this family looked so at home in each other’s company. And with four of the six having visited Maui before, it’s no wonder they looked so at home on the island! 

Later in the session, we got our feet sandy on the shore and took advantage of the gorgeous tropical scenery. The gentle breeze of the afternoon kept the atmosphere light and easygoing. It was the perfect setting for our family to simply relax and be themselves. The final cherry on top for our Maui family portraits session was the incredible and vivid golden sunset!
