Capturing wedding photography in Maui is always such a special event. We love seeking out the small details and little moments that will be treasured for a lifetime. Carolyn & Cody’s Special Day was one of those breezy afternoons where everyone was living in the moment–taking in the gorgeous Southside views, breathing in the sweet tropical air, and simply relaxing as they celebrated this couple’s glowing love.
And, boy, was it glowing! From the moment Carolyn first graced the terrace, to the soft fade of the sunset, Cody’s eyes were luminous with pure love as he gazed on his gorgeous bride. It was clear that these two had found their person, their special someone. This sweet ceremony took place in October, but during such a pressing time in our world, we felt it was the perfect moment to share its beauty with our viewers. Sit back, turn on the Hawaiian hits, and let yourself be carried away by this lovely wedding with an amazing and sincere couple.
Simple Maui Wedding coordinated the ceremony and brought their designer A-Game! This rustic seaside arch perfectly complements the sweeping ocean views. Beach, meet luxury.
Reverend Kuya opened the ceremony with the earth-moving sound of the Hawaiian Pū (conch shell). The wedding party took their cue and strolled in, looking on-fleek in shades of charcoal and blush. And how cute are those kiddos below?
The guests fell silent as Carolyn made her entrance. Full of genuine smiles and beauty, this bride was a showstopper! The look of deep admiration and love on Cody’s face says it all… what a photo!
Our couple met when Carolyn was working at a gym. One day Cody strolled by to start his workout, and… well, we all know how that story went! Keep scrolling for all of the sweet shots of this lovely couple…
Following their “I dos,” we took a short trip down the mountain for a set of intimate couples portraits in front of the seascape. Carolyn & Cody were so over the moon to be able to call each other husband and wife.
Our beach photo session was bursting with hugs and precious moments of laughter and eye-gazing. We are so happy for these two adorable lovebirds!
