The Chung family was incredibly sweet and fun to photograph. They were a very close, laid back family full of laughs and smiles. During the session, Mrs. Chung recalled the fact that their family session was their first professional Maui family portraits they had taken. We are honored they chose us to capture this fun Maui memory for them!

Ironwoods beach was extremely beautiful this particular evening. The landscape, the lighting, the ocean, everything was absolutely stunning. The Chung family enjoyed taking photos, playing in the tide, and spending sweet moments together enjoying the weather and tropical backdrop. When families are having their sunset photos taken, they are not just having a professional session captured, they are truly enjoying the beauty of Hawaii together. The Chung family left so happy that the weather was outstanding and the colors were breathtaking. Take a look and see for yourself!

We covered the entire stretch of the beach for a variety of backdrops and a session that was special and unique to the Chung family. That is one of the extra special things about Ironwoods Beach, there are endless opportunities for capturing photos that are different than any family before with so many different spots to walk to and explore. It’s always an adventure shooting there!!

We really loved the colorful and complimentary clothing choices the Chung family made. Their outfits gave off that happy and tropical vibe we really like in photos.
