Last week, we had the pleasure of capturing the Coats’ Maui beach portraits! Our beautiful bunch was visiting the island from California for a family vacation. These photos are gorgeous, and they’re also a meaningful way to make memories last forever! Above all, we know the Coats will remember the great experiences from this tropical getaway. We met our charming bunch at Polo Beach while the morning sun rose in the sky. As a result, we captured an exquisite spectrum of colors! Surrounding the Coats is breathtaking scenery — striking lava rocks, lofty palm trees, and foamy cerulean waves. Most importantly, the weather was impeccable. The sun’s rays sparkled radiantly on the sandy shoreline, making every natural hue vibrant! We couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop.
The Energetic Maui Beach Portraits
It was a pleasure photographing our delightful family. The Coats were looking forward to us capturing their essence, and their lighthearted energy made this easy! They effortlessly let their bright personalities shine in every picture. Shanine, her husband, Tyrone, and their three children were lively and playful during this session. Then, Shanine’s mom and brother, Freddie and Richard, were just as enthusiastic when we started shooting! Above all, we adore these photos because they showcase the love the Coats have for one another!
Shanine and Tyrone have been married for fourteen years, and they have three beautiful daughters! Ashara, the oldest, is thirteen years old and likes art and dancing. Then Zaria is an eleven-year-old ballerina and star student! Last but not least is Leilani — she is nine and enjoys science and technology. Shanine’s mom, Freddie, is lovingly referred to as Nammie; she’s the family matriarch. This trip was Shanine’s brother, Richard’s, first time in Hawaii. However, Tyrone and Shanine have been a few times, but they’ve never come as a full family.
