The Maui Wedding Photography
Sitting above the ocean with the dreamy sunset decorating the sky was where Hiroko and Damian exchanged leis. The lavish greenery of Gannon’s grassy knoll created such a fairytale setting! We’re sure everyone who attended this ceremony felt as if they were in a fantasyland!
When we first arrived at the venue, it was sprinkling. Luckily, it never poured! After it rains in Hawaii even if it’s a little bit, the sky looks like a painting. This enchanting effect happened during our gorgeous couple’s ceremony. You can see the velvety clouds glowing romantically in every picture!
Our Couple’s Story
Hiroko and Damian’s story began fifteen years ago when they met at a pool hall. Although, they didn’t begin dating until March of 2018. On Valentine’s Day of 2020, our charming couple went out for a lovely dinner. The only thing missing was the magic question Hiroko was hoping to hear. Fortunately for her, Damian already had a plan to surprise propose to her the next day at her apartment!
Our stunning couple’s original plan was to tie the knot on September 26, 2020. Unfortunately, everything shut down due to COVD-19, and they rescheduled their special day for June 12, 2021. Eventually, they realized the backup plan wasn’t going to work out either.
When things began to open up again, Hiroko came across Simple Maui Wedding and thought it was perfect for them! We had the pleasure of capturing their Maui wedding photography. They made the right decision because this sunset occasion is absolutely exquisite!
