The Irwins loved soaking in the sun during their Kauai family portraits! Then again, that’s only to be expected considering they reside in Alaska and have less than 5 hours of light during the harsh winter days! But this trip to Hawaii is more than just a retreat for this fun-loving family. Ashley & Jesse recently celebrated their 10 year anniversary and had the ingenious idea to spare the gifts and plan a trip instead!

And we were more than happy to help them commemorate the occasion! In fact, just the day prior, we snuck off with Ashley & Jesse to click this set of sweepingly romantic Kauai couples portraits. So when they brought their incredible kiddos along for the session, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to capture them in their superhero forms… also known as “Mom & Dad.”

And does this family rock the portrait apparel or what? Olive, camel, and cotton white. This palette perfectly complements the rugged shoreline of Kealia Beach, bringing out the jade of the tropical foliage and emerald layers of the sea.

But as on-fleek as this crew’s fashion sense was, it was their heartwarming affection that stole the show during their Kauai family portraits. Keep scrolling for all the sweet moments…
