Is there anything more romantic than a surprise proposal on a beautiful beach? Jacob certainly didn’t think so, and he planned every detail to ensure that his Big Island proposal portrait to Sasha would be a moment they could look back on forever.
Jacob and Sasha met through mutual friends a little over three years ago and have been inseparable ever since. When Sasha’s parents moved to the Big Island earlier this year, Jacob saw the perfect opportunity to propose during their visit! He was so excited to ask Sasha to marry him and wanted to capture every precious moment!
Our photographer was in on the plan, expertly hiding until the big moment arrived. As the couple enjoyed a serene stroll along Kukio Beach, Jacob dropped to one knee and asked Sasha to spend the rest of her life with him. Her eyes filled with surprise and joy, and she said yes!
Their Big Island proposal portrait was sweet, romantic, and everything he had dreamed of. The happiness on their faces was unmistakable, and our photographer captured every beautiful, heartfelt moment. The soft, golden light of the setting sun enhanced their glow, making the already stunning Kukio Beach look even more magical.
Jacob and Sasha’s love story was sealed in the most picturesque setting, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Big Island. The excitement and joy of their engagement were palpable, and their photos reflect the deep love and connection they share. And another sweet addition was Sasha’s parents pup who was just as photogenic as our lovely couple!
