The Kaitas were looking forward to leaving Hawaii with keepsakes from their trip! Our delightful bunch wanted to remember all their great memories and fun experiences from their vacation. Most importantly, this was their first Maui beach portraits session as a family! Based on these photos, we can tell this group enjoyed their time by the seaside and their tropical getaway. Thirteen years ago, Natalie and Jeff got married at the Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea. After their elegant ceremony, they took wedding portraits on the shores of Polo Beach! Now, since they’re back in Hawaii — they thought it would be fun to revisit this spot. However, it wasn’t just Natalie and Jeff; they had a new addition. Joining this lovely pair was their seven-year-old, Bryson!
The Carefree Maui Beach Portraits
The Kaitas wanted us to capture a variety of portraits! They hoped to leave their session with a mix of candid, playful, and active shots — then a few posed pictures. Thankfully, their enthusiastic attitudes and lively energy made taking lighthearted photos easy! With every snap of our camera, our charming bunch relaxed and let their bright personalities shine. Then, they explored Polo Beach with us and made a splash in the water! Lastly, we adore how they weren’t afraid to sit in the waves and wet sand.
Although Polo Beach is a meaningful spot to the Kaitas, it was also the perfect location for these Maui portraits! The long sandy shoreline provided us with a plethora of breathtaking scenes. These striking landscapes create a beautiful backdrop. You can see the natural lava rock formations, lofty palm trees, and azure waves decorating the background. Then the morning weather was flawless! There wasn’t a cloud in the sky, but the sun was luminous.
