While the Kantors were in Hawaii, they knew they had to take some family portraits in Kauai! The Kantors are a lovely group of seven consisting of Haley, her son, parents, brother, and their two spouses! After rescheduling this trip three times, this bunch finally got to spend some well-deserved time in paradise. However, since everyone’s agendas are different, this family of seven was only on the island together for twenty-four hours! We’re glad they had just enough time to squeeze in a portrait session with us. Now, they’ll have many pictures to remind them of this Hawaiian getaway!
The Lighthearted Family Portraits in Kauai
Shipwrecks Beach was the background for these pictures, and we adore how picturesque this spot is. Located in the resort area of Poipu, this destination has epic landscapes! Surrounding our delightful family are dramatic lava rock formations, lush greenery, and foam aqua waves. Then the ivory shore was long enough for us to spread out and get some breathtaking group shots. However, we adore how perfectly the sun’s rays enhanced every picture’s brilliance. You can see it’s the warm golden glow in every portrait!
Our cheerful bunch wanted to take family portraits in Kauai since they haven’t taken professional photos in a few years. Not to mention, their time together in Hawaii was precious, so we had to make sure this session was worth it! Thankfully, the Kantors had great energy when they arrived at the beach! We captured dynamic group shots, then some sweet images of the individual couples and families. Lastly, we made sure to take a few lighthearted candid pictures — especially since people were getting their feet wet!
