Heather and Dan were married at Makena Surf and decided to come back to celebrate their 14th wedding anniversary! Congratulations you two! This was also their boys, Dawson and Mitchell’s first time to Maui, making a Maui Family Portrait session the perfect way to celebrate! The kids love the water and have grown up going to the beaches on the east coast. It was so special for them to visit the location their parents became husband and wife, we are honored to have witnessed this moment! Heather even shared the cutest love story of how/when she knew Dan was the one. When they first started dating Dan lovingly placed Heather’s head under his chin to embrace her (Awww!) and in that moment she knew he was the man for her! We are truly obsessed with their relationship and how this story depicts Dan’s constant care for Heather and their beautiful family. They are just the absolute sweetest!
We love their coordinating outfits of pink, blues, and neutral black and khaki. They worked effortlessly in every shot and highlighted Heather’s stunning floral dress perfectly! We are thrilled with these gorgeous sunset portraits we got before wrapping up our evening together. The warm colors made the entire family glow with pure joy! You can tell they have unconditional love for one another and have been soaking up every moment of their Maui vacation. Can you blame them?!
