We had such a great time being Lia and Joseph’s Maui Elopement Photographer! We absolutely loved getting to know these two and are obsessed with their sweet love story. This bride and groom were actually each other’s first loves when kids, they then bumped into each other 10 years later in NYC and haven’t been apart since! We are so glad they found each other again, and we have every confidence they will have a long and happy life together as husband and wife.
With this being their first time to Maui, and since they’ve always wanted to visit the island, they figured they might as well get married here! They originally had plans to marry in a chapel in Vegas, and even though it took 36 hours for them to get here due to flight delays, it was well worth it. I mean just check out the stunning location and day these two had for their intimate wedding ceremony! From the moment we met up with these two, we knew it was going to be an occasion to remember 🙂 . Starting with a first look on the beach and ending with romantic portraits in front of the setting sun, this evening (and couple) did not disappoint!
