Lochlan and her husband, Jonny, had zero complaints about having their Maui Couples Portrait session in the rain! The couple recently moved to Maui to expand Jonny’s art business, we love this so much. He is an expert on all things color as you can see with how perfectly their outfits coordinated! We even commented on how his shirt matched Lochlan’s lipstick, totally Jonny’s idea 😉 . He had us all laughing, especially his sweet wife. You can tell they are best friends and know just how to treat each other on and off camera. Lochlan is a ray of sunshine on any day, which is why we are so excited to announce that she has joined our fabulous team here at Karma Hill Photography!
One of the perks our employees receive is having awesome photos taken when we have training sessions for new photographers! This session with Jess was the perfect opportunity to learn to work with the elements. Rainy days aren’t common at Southside Beach, but when they happen our photographers are always ready to roll with the punches! While the weather might not have been ideal, we were rewarded with this stunning sunset! Worth it! We couldn’t believe our luck with those vibrant colors in the sky. Everyone else who left the beach early sure missed out. We loved every moment of this session and are thrilled with the results! Jess did an amazing job instructing Jonny and Lochlan during their Maui Couples Portrait session, helping them look every bit as incredible as they are in real life! We are honored to have Jess’ talents as part of the Karma Hill Photography team. Thank you, Lochlan and Jonny, for being our models and venturing out into the storm with us!
