The Majkrzaks are a family of four visiting the island from Minnesota. This getaway wasn’t their first time in Hawaii either! Our charming group has been to other islands, but they haven’t been to Kauai in fifteen years. Usually, this delightful bunch takes fall-themed pictures in their home state. This year, they decided to change things up — so they took portraits while on vacation!
The Bright Kauai Beach Portraits
Shipwrecks Beach was the location for this session, and our family couldn’t have chosen a better backdrop! The ivory sand, cerulean waves, and dramatic rock formations create stunning landscapes. At the top of the shore, you’ll find a small forest full of rich greenery. We took advantage of all the breathtaking scenery, especially since the weather was gorgeous! There was a bit of cloud coverage, but the sun was vibrant and shined down brilliantly.
However, our favorite thing about these Kauai beach portraits is how much the little ones had! The kiddos were so energetic and playful, and they didn’t hesitate to enjoy their beach day! You can see how they played in the water, ran around the shore, and jumped around. We captured so many lighthearted shots because they weren’t afraid to have fun!
