We love capturing Business Portraits in Maui, especially when we have a world shaker like Michelle Haye’s in front of the lens! We met up with Michelle in Wailuku Town to take advantage of the local charm, snapping professional photos in front of fun murals and unique backdrops. With a wide variety of scenery, there’s something for everyone in this historic Maui town!

We had a great time seeking out pops of vibrant colors and chatting with Michelle about her business plans. Originally from Trinidad, Michelle now calls Florida home, but she’s currently stationed in California as a traveling nurse. She worked as a labor and delivery nurse for twenty-five years but now works in pediatrics and COVID testing.
Although she loves what she’s doing, she’s looking to get into something new and plans to coach women in business. And we are all about that! As a company founded by a talented businesswoman, we at Karma Hill Photography recognize the importance of uplifting other women. Michelle, you’ve got this!
When asked about her career goals, Michelle replied: “My goal is to be a top business success coach and work from anywhere in the world helping businesses and individuals achieve their dreams and live their passions.” And we feel these Business Portraits on Maui depict just that!
We love Michelle’s white suit and indigo camisole top. The look creates a strong brand and professional appeal while popping against the urban backdrops. Later in the session, we stopped by an old banyan tree for images that reflect nature with a splash of wild tropical beauty. Michelle switched into an outfit of silver with white slacks and posed with a book she says was pivotal in shaping her business. The effect was casual professionalism with a personal touch.
