The Oleksa family consists of four bright people: Erica, Mike, and their two beautiful daughters. This photo session was our fourth time meeting this vibrant brunch. The last time we took their portraits, they were a trio because Erica was pregnant with the youngest daughter! It was amazing to see this family grow, and it was even better to capture these remarkable moments for them!
The Energetic Maui Family Portraits
It was a pleasure to take these gorgeous photos because this charming bunch wasn’t afraid to have some fun! You can see them running along the shore, sitting in the grass, and throwing their best expressions in these shots. We adore how the little ones climbed in the trees and laid in the sand — it’s so playful! Above all, those smiles are contagious! Every time you look at these images, you can’t help but grin back at them.
Polo Beach was the location for these dynamic Maui family portraits! The khaki sand, dramatic lava rocks, and lofty palm trees decorate the shore magically. We love how the teal waves are gracefully washing onto the shoreline in this picture. You can also see how dreamy of a sunset it was! The velvet clouds paint the sky lightly and add soft colors to every shot.
