We had a great time taking portraits for this delightful family. The little ones were full of energy and weren’t afraid to show off their toothy grins! While the adults were just as enthusiastic and playful during the session as well. Above all, you can see how lighthearted and fun all of these shots are. There’s no shortage of smiles, so you can tell this charming bunch was enjoying their beach day!

The Sunny Maui Family Portraits

The Pyatts are a group of seven visiting the island from California. They adore Maui and make time to visit the island once or twice during the year. However, this wasn’t our first time meeting this lovely bunch. The Pyatts have been taking portraits with us since 2017. Over the years, we’ve been honored to be part of their Hawaiian vacations and see their beautiful family grow!

Setting the scene for this location was Wailea Beach. Nestled behind the Four Seasons and Grand Wailea Resort — this picturesque spot was ideal for these Maui family portraits! Not only did we find a variety of breathtaking landscapes, but the weather was perfect. You can see the foamy cerulean waves, towering palm trees, and dramatic lava rocks in every shot. Above our stunning family, you’ll see the clear blue sky and the brilliant sun shining down on the sandy shore.
