A Love Worth Forever – Ryan & Lucia’s Kauai Proposal

A Kauai Proposal doesn’t get much more romantic than a surprise on the shores of Hanalei Bay! After four years of being wildly in love, Ryan knew it was time to ask Lucia one very important question.

These California sweethearts have shared a love for adventure since the day they met. And what better place to begin their next chapter than beautiful Kauai? Ryan planned a dreamy beachside surprise with our Luxe proposal setup. A circle of tropical greenery and flowers surrounded a sweet “MARRY ME” sign. With the mountains in the distance and waves gently rolling ashore, the scene was straight out of a romance movie. All that was missing was the leading lady!

As Ryan dropped to one knee, our photographer quietly captured every second from a distance. The surprise, the happy tears, and that unforgettable moment when Lucia said yes! Their joy was impossible to miss. And judging by those sweet kisses and beaming smiles, these two couldn’t be happier! After the big reveal, our photographer introduced themselves, and the newly engaged couple enjoyed a romantic portrait session. They strolled along the shoreline, shared plenty of kisses, and even made a little heart in the sand. We especially love the playful moments beneath the swaying palms and those gorgeous close-ups of Lucia’s new ring!

A Kauai Proposal to Remember

From a surprise proposal to their first portraits as fiancés, Ryan and Lucia’s Kauai adventure was filled with love and excitement. The soft island light and lush Hanalei mountains made every moment even more magical. Their Kauai Proposal was the perfect beginning to a lifetime of adventures together. Four years together, countless memories behind them, and so many beautiful moments still to come.
