Being the Silvas’ Maui family photographer was fun and then some! We met up on Southside Beach, and from the moment the first photo was clicked, this Boston crew was sporting ear-to-ear smiles and clearly just enjoying the moment. And the kids had us giggling away! Striking poses, sticking out tongues, and chasing each other down the shore… when the kids are having fun, we’re having fun!

And we loved how the Silvas incorporated their own unique sensibilities into their wardrobe. The girls are on fleek in boho-inspired styles and the guys look dashing in shorts and polo tees. Pulling off white outfits can sometimes be tricky, but the Silvas nail it by working in creams, khaki, and geometric patterns to give the eye plenty to focus on. But as on-point as their style was, it was their glowing personalities and laughter that really stole the show!

And it didn’t take long for the sky to mirror this family’s warm spirit… a tropical sorbet of colors splashed across the clouds, perfectly matching the sweet and cheerful atmosphere.

We can’t decide what the best part about this photo is: the Prussian blue and tangerine horizon, the positively radiant laughter of our couple… or Leo on the bottom left doing some lit moves on the sand! Why not all three?
