As they reach an incredible milestone, the Waddell Family wanted to commemorate this time in their lives with Maui Family Portraits. Having married here on Maui 25 years ago, this is the first time they’ve returned to the place where their love took flight. Wanting to share the magic of the island with their two fabulous kids, this was the perfect way to celebrate and come full circle.
Blessed with a bright and beautiful morning, Polo Beach was a shining star for the foursome as they played along the sand and surf. At 15 and 12, respectively, Evan and Averie were having a blast as they took in the sights and sounds that their parents’ wedding location had to offer. The crystal clear water, vivid colors, and enticing lava rocks made for a superb setting. As North Carolina natives, they are no strangers to the coast, but Hawaii looks a little different. Add in the sentimental value of their wedding location and this was a dream vacation. We are so glad we got to meet this darling family and be a part of this milestone in their lives.
