Our Morning Fun – The Wichman’s Maui Family Portrait
The Wichman family brought their A-game to their Maui family portrait session at Southside Beach. And we couldn’t have had more fun capturing their unique and wonderful dynamic! It was a special day—finally their first professional photos as a family—and what better place to make it happen than on a Hawaiian vacation!?
Juni, their lively 4-year-old, was full of energy and joy, ready to jump right into the fun (and the sand). She charmed us with her love of baby dolls, animals, and all things Frozen, twirling in her adorable dress. Jasper, her thoughtful 6-year-old brother, was the perfect counterbalance—curious, serious, and with a love of history. His sister’s rule-breaking antics might have stressed him out just a tad, but their sweet sibling bond shone through every frame. They had so much fun together during the session!
The session was a beautiful mix of laughter, love, and play. The Wichman kids played, ran, and giggled, all while sprinkling in moments of sibling mischief and teamwork. After some traditional portraits, the family let loose, playing in the sand and splashing in the water, creating the kind of memories that make family portraits so meaningful!
