Last week, we met up with the Wongs for the third time! This charming bunch has been visiting the island regularly because it’s their special place. They love this destination because it’s off the grid, but they still have access to amenities. Before they headed home, they decided to take some Maui family portraits! This session was our third time photographing pictures for the Wong family! Usually, our gorgeous bunch takes images at Ironwoods Beach. However, this time around, they decided to mix it up! Honolua Jungle created a fairytale scene for this session. The lush greenery and lofty trees are a breathtaking backdrop!

The Adventurous Maui Family Portraits

We had a ton of fun with this delightful group. The Wongs weren’t afraid to traverse through the jungle mud with their photographer, Tenessa! Kevin and Julia’s son, Cameron, let his energy out as he swung on the vines. Then their daughter, Avery, struck cute poses between all of the trees! Above all, we’re glad this adorable family decided to explore a new location. We captured many lighthearted pictures, and their lively personalities shine in every shot!

We like how the Wongs dressed for their Maui family portraits! Our exquisite bunch was going for a muted but elegant style with their outfits. They thought the delicate tones would complement the deep greens of the jungle. Then since they plan to use these pictures for the holiday cards, they wanted their attire to look chic. Most importantly, we think their apparel is ideal for this session!
