It was such a pleasure to capture these incredibly adorable Maui Family Portraits! And before we begin this blog, we’d like to do a special shoutout and say: “Happy birthday, Leo Koa!”

Leo Koa just turned 1 a few days ago, and to celebrate, Momma wanted to have this pivotal moment captured with professional photography! A silver lining to these lockdowns has been watching our community pull together and function as one big ohana. We love being able to give back and meet beautiful families like the Agarans!

For his big day, Mom and Dad planned to have a huge first birthday celebration in the community center, but instead, they had a drive-by potluck party! Family and friends stopped by their house and Mom and Dad gifted their guests with food as they dropped off presents for Baby Leo.

This little cutie just started walking and absolutely loves the ocean. That’s part of the reason why they chose to have their Maui family portraits at Polo Beach — it’s their favorite sunny day spot!

Okay, pause for a second — We’re squealing as much as this little guy! How crazy cute are these captures?! Maui family portraits are always filled with smiles and love and super cute expressions! Moments like these are why we adore what we do.
