When two families come together and share their special Maui beach portrait session, some truly fun moments are sure to be created! There were almost as many spectacular Maui backdrops as there were smiles with the Carlisle & Hannant crew!

The island of Maui is a favorite vacation spot for these awesome families. So, of course, they were excited to capture group shots with the epic scenery in the backdrop. This crew adores spending time on the Hawaiian coast. Last year, the youngest of the bunch was nicknamed “baby sea turtle” because he loved the sand and would try to dart toward the ocean. The day was flooded with dynamic lighting. A large cloud descended from the mountainside and caught the sun at just the right angle. And the result? One of our famous Hawaiian rainbows!

Not only were we impressed by the backdrops, but we were also so impressed with both families! The kids were eager to listen and ready to strike dynamic poses on the oceanfront. And, boy, did they rock it! We love the energy and the unique flair that each member brought to the shoot.

How sweet is it that both older girls are matching in coral?

Okay, how crazy cute is this baby sea turtle?! That expression says it all: confidence, charm, and a streak of rebellion. What a special kiddo!
