We recently had the pleasure of photographing the Cessna’s Maui family portrait, and it was an absolute delight! We love it when our clients return to us again to capture their precious family moments! It’s an honor to photograph happy moments in their family. They were celebrating some significant milestones this time – Sue and Bob’s 35th wedding anniversary, their son turning 30, and Bob’s upcoming 60th birthday – wow! Their portrait session began at Maluaka Beach, where we started by walking around the grassy areas and capturing some candid shots. The whole family was so happy and full of joy, making it easy for us to capture precious moments between them. We then walked down to the beach, and that’s when things got even more magical…
A Special Family Celebration
The lovely ladies (even the littlest of the bunch!) added floral haku crowns to their outfits, which made the occasion feel even more celebratory and special! (Our favorite suggestion to make a portrait session look special and uniquely Hawaiian!) Witnessing their love and closeness was beautiful as they posed together, laughing and having fun walking down the beach.
But the real showstopper was the sunset! As the sun began to set over the ocean, it filled the sky with violet and gold, creating a spectacular backdrop for the family portrait. A Maui family portrait is a wonderful way to celebrate family moments like this! We know they will treasure these memories forever…
The Cessna’s Maui family portrait was a lighthearted and joyful experience that captured the spirit of this loving family. We are so grateful to have been able to capture these special moments for them again! Happy anniversary and birthday too!
