The Crans Family’s North Shore Kauai Portrait Session
Some family photos become treasured time capsules, and the Crans family created one during their Kauai Portrait session at Haʻena Beach.
The Crans family traveled from California with a meaningful goal. They wanted to recreate a family photo taken 30 years ago. This time, however, every grandchild born since the original photo would join the portrait. What a beautiful way to celebrate family.
Meanwhile, Haʻena Beach provided the perfect backdrop for their Kauai portrait session. Towering green mountains framed the scene, while palm trees swayed gently in the Hawaiian breeze. Thankfully, the ocean stayed calm, and the weather was gorgeous. As a result, the entire session felt relaxed, joyful, and wonderfully Hawaiian.
Most importantly, the recreated photograph captured more than familiar faces. It showed three decades of growing families, lasting love, and unforgettable memories.
