We loved taking Maui Family Portraits for this sweet family! They were celebrating the matriarch of the family’s 75th birthday which also happens to be on New Year’s day! They all live in different parts of the country and came together to Maui for the celebration as well as the holiday festivities.
We love that they chose to commemorate the occasion with some beautiful beach portraits in Maui. We met them at Ironwoods beach on a stunning afternoon and captured the love between the family as well as the fantastic backdrop.
We love how they coordinated their outfits in shades of blue. It looked perfect on the beach and also allowed each member of the family to show off their personal style. Our favorite moments of the shoot were the unexpected ones when the ocean came up to their toes or there was a shared joke that brought out those natural smiles.
