We met with two dynamic families and a lovely pair of grandparents last week! This delightful group was a joy to be around, so we had a great time capturing their Maui beach portraits. Every shot came out beautiful, lighthearted, and fun! Not to mention, the backdrop and weather were breathtaking. Above all, you can tell every member of the Hatfield bunch enjoyed themselves! The Hatfields are a lovely group of ten visiting the island from Greenwood, Missouri. They were vacationing in Hawaii to celebrate Mike’s Retirement! We can’t think of a better place or time of the year to commemorate this significant occasion. In addition, we had a wonderful time capturing their portraits! This charming family was savoring Maui’s peaceful energy and the tropical weather.
Where They Took Their Maui Beach Portraits
Setting the scene for this session was the sandy shores of Baldwin Beach. This Northside Maui spot was the perfect backdrop for these portraits because of its stunning scenery. You can see how the sapphire waves, ivory sand, and lush greenery make every shot feel more magical! A few clouds hung in the sky, so the sun naturally enhanced the brilliance of every photo. However, our favorite thing about this location is the dreamy ambiance!
We adore how our family dressed for their Maui beach portraits. Everyone’s outfits are relaxed but tropical — ideal for this session! You can see how the different shades of mint balance splendidly together. Most importantly, these colors contrast with the organic palette around them exquisitely!
