One of the best ways to hold onto your Hawaiian vacation memories is by booking an Oahu family portrait session! The Kaufman family was visiting the island with their extended family and wanted to remember the amazing time they had with some family portraits. After all, with the tropical scenery and ocean, they couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop! They were a pleasure to work with, full of giggles, laughs, smiles, and a genuine love for one another. What we love most about capturing an Oahu family portrait is witnessing the loving connection between different generations – it’s so endearing and heartwarming to see! The Kaufmans clearly are a close-knit family and value quality time. The gorgeous tropical scenery of palm trees and the ocean at Secret Beach only enhanced their time together!

A Dreamy Sunset

Thanks to the cloudy skies, our sweet family had a lovely pastel sunset that echoed their beachy attire! The clouds created a soft, glowy effect making these photos feel so dreamy. This is just one reason why we love shooting at sunset! These are perhaps our favorites of the Oahu portrait session; they can’t help but want to jump right in!
