We had the best morning with the sweet Wells family for their Kauai family portrait! It was a bright blue day with hardly any clouds in the sky! Their two young boys were balls of energy, ready to splash in the inviting water and gentle waves. The Wells haven’t had their photos taken since they became a family of four, so they were looking forward to capturing their growing family! The Wells didn’t think twice about getting a little wet with their boys! More than anything, Megan wanted some candid Kauai family portraits that weren’t so posed and felt natural. We love shooting candid moments because they capture sweet and genuine interactions and personalities! And their little boys were so playful and curious!

Our Family Of Four – Kauai Family Portrait

This stunning location is Anahola Beach; we love this beach for a Kauai portrait session because it has a variety of natural scenery and a long stretch of white sand. Its eastern-facing shores make for spectacularly dreamy soft portraits too!

The Wells hadn’t been to Hawaii before, so they loved every minute of their holiday with their kids. Although, they did want to get a few shots with just the two of them! (We know the feeling!) Megan was hoping to decorate her home with some of these portraits, and we think she has plenty of options to choose from! We feel so honored that we get to be a part of these precious memories…
