Kayla and Nick were so excited to document this special time in their lives with a Maui Maternity Portrait session! This beautiful mama is pregnant with twins and couldn’t be more thrilled about it. Woohoo! They knew they wanted these photos to look epic, as they will be treasured for many years to come, but weren’t sure which beach they wanted to meet at for their shoot. After looking through our Couples Gallery, which is always a good idea, Kayla told us how much she loved the idea of, “combining the big rock formation look and still having the pretty beach photos options as well.” With this little bit of information, we not only got a sense of their style but also knew Baldwin Beach would be the perfect location for this Maui Maternity Portrait session.
The rocks featured at this spot are easy enough to walk across we felt safe having Kayla hop up for a few romantically dramatic photos with her hubby. We especially love this black and white photo of them kissing with driftwood in the background. It doesn’t get better than witnessing a couple in love! We love what we do so much because not only do we get to capture these moments, but it also is a way of stopping time and being able to reflect back with gratitude for all that is good in life. We hope Kayla and Nick always remember how lucky they are to have each other and never forget to continue sharing their love!
