Last week, we had the pleasure of capturing the Kollarsky’s family portraits in Maui. They chose the perfect time and place: the morning weather was clear, and DT Fleming Beach was scenic. The Kollarsky family consists of three charming people visiting from Washington: Alexa, her husband, Kyle, and Kyle’s eight-year-old daughter! This vacation was extra special because it was Kyle’s daughter’s first time in Hawaii. You can tell from their vibrant expressions they were enjoying every moment of their getaway together. Most importantly, we’re glad they got a short break from the winter weather in their home state.
The Lighthearted Family Portraits in Maui
DT Fleming Beach created a breathtaking backdrop for these pictures! A few silky clouds hung in the sky as the morning sun’s bright rays naturally enhanced every shot. Decorating the background were foamy sapphire waves, striking lava rock formations, and rich green foliage.
We adore how our stunning trio is wearing neutral colors! These delicate tones complement the vivid shades of the beach beautifully. Not to mention their outfits are relaxed and elegant — ideal for family portraits in Maui!
It was great to capture photos for the Kollarsky bunch! They arrived at the sandy shore with lighthearted energy and were enthusiastic during the whole session. Our trio wasn’t afraid to have fun with their poses either! They put their feet in the water and even sand on a blanket in the sand.
