Not even a local brush fire could stop us from capturing the LeGrants’ family photos on Maui! Although the flames caused us to get a bit of a late start with our Maui portraits, this dynamic crew was still as energetic and happy as could be! It was the kids’ first time here, and they absolutely loved watching the turtles bob up and down in the sea. Few things can compare to the moment when you meet the glistening, jet-black stare of a honu as it peeks its head above the tide!
With temperatures in their home state of Washington dipping below 55, the LeGrants were visibly enjoying the warm tropical sun! There was nothing but smiles from this spunky crew! We loved having the opportunity to capture three generations… although we first thought that Grandma & Grandpa were actually Aunty & Uncle! Talk about youthful family genes!
Our session took place on the sands of Baby Beach in Lahaina. This spot is perfect for those with young kiddos who want to let their children play without being too anxious about crashing waves. Because of the exposed stretch of reef, this shoreline is almost always calm and mellow. Perfect for relaxing or capturing sweet family photos on Maui like these!
How precious are these faces! We could not get enough of their endearing smiles and radiant energy. It was clear that they loved supporting each other and never hesitated to offer a helping hand. Future world changers in the making!
