We were delighted to catch up with the dynamic Burnett ohana for yet another spectacular session of Maui Family Photos! We are always so honored to capture the beauty and vibrant energy of this sweet family and watch as their children grow into adulthood.

… Okay, okay, admittedly it’s not “adulthood” yet. Maybe they’ve still got a tiny bit to go, but we can’t help feeling nostalgic! We’ve had the pleasure and privilege of being the Burnetts’ Maui photographer since 2013. We’ve watched the kids go from crawling to tottering, and then to running at speeds we can hardly keep up with! So, it’s little wonder why we’re so attached …

The Burnett family makes it a tradition to escape the Alaskan cold and bask in the warm Maui sands. For this session, we stayed on Southside Beach so the kids could have some playtime later at the Marriott Beach Resort in Wailea.

And we hope they had an opportunity to attend the Te Au Moana Luau on the lawn of the Marriott. The “Ocean Tide” Luau, is said to transport guests on a journey of the islands, fun for both adults and kids! 

And these kids sure can have fun! The sibs had our hearts glowing … The love they share for each other is radiant. We can’t wait to see what special treasures the future holds for them!

We’re charmed with how the family coordinates their outfits to match their unique style while also echoing their previous shots! What a clever way to add a sense of cohesiveness to each session.
