Being Miranda & David’s Maui Wedding Photographer was such a dream! Not only were they a gorgeous couple marrying in a stylish and scenic setting, but they were also so nice. Their kindness and love gave them an extra special glow, and they are so photogenic!

It’s been a week since we captured their Destination Wedding photography, and now it’s time to share a sneak peek of some of their images. Check out a few of our favorite moments below!

Portraits and Celebration at the Hyatt

Miranda & David married at the Hyatt Regency Maui, a sprawling resort in Kaanapali. They have a beautiful oceanfront ceremony lawn plus lots of fun backdrops for portraits. 

When Miranda & David asked us to be their Maui Wedding Photographer, we were so excited! We love working at this venue and couldn’t wait to capture their ceremony here. 

We worked with the sweet couple and their Hyatt coordinator to create a timeline that worked well for them. Miranda & David decided to have a first look before the ceremony, which was perfect. It allowed them to enjoy some alone time together and get extra portraits around the property. 

These two cuties were up for anything, so being their Maui wedding photographer was so much fun! 

A Dream Destination Wedding

After getting some fun and romantic portraits around the Hyatt, it was time for Miranda & David’s ceremony. They included Hawaiian traditions like a lei exchange, heartfelt vows, and a blessing they’ll carry with them for a lifetime. 

Kaanapali’s calm, blue shoreline was the perfect backdrop for their serene yet lively ceremony. Our job as their Maui wedding photographer was to capture both the intimate details and the vast scenery. This way their album can hold a sense of place and be true to who they are as a couple. 

After Miranda & David became a married couple, they took a few photos on the Hyatt Lawn with their guests. Then it was time for a few final sunset portraits with the newlyweds. Scroll down to see how the cloudy sky took on a pastel glow for their wedding photography!
