We first met the Patel family eight years ago when they booked Maui beach portraits with us. It was their first trip to Maui, and they were so fun to work with. 

They fell in love with Maui and have vacationed here a few times since then. However, this trip was extra special because they reached out to us to take their Maui family vacation photos again. We were so thrilled to see them again, and they are still a complete joy!

Making the Most of Summer Break

Kai and Devan don’t start school until September, so the Patels were really living it up during their final weeks of summer break. A Maui vacation was the perfect summer send-off, and they were having a blast! Swimming, hiking, and simply hanging out — it’s quality time that’s not always easy to find during a busy school year.

These moments are precious for Mom & Dad, who have seen their kids grow into bright, beautiful high schoolers. Now, as they look back on their Hawaii memories, they’ll have these Maui beach portraits to commemorate their time here.

Of course, they’ll be back, and we can’t wait to see what kinds of new adventures they find when we see them again!

Maui Beach Portraits in Wailea

We took these Maui family portraits at Southside Beach in Wailea. This beautiful beach is spacious and serene, and in the morning it’s typically calm and bright. It’s an idyllic setting for any family, whether you’re bringing the tiniest toddlers or the trendiest teens like the Patels. 

We loved spending this gorgeous morning with this stunning family, and we hope we don’t have to wait another eight years to see them again!
